Service Delivery Failure: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services within the time frame or as per the specifications outlined in the contract, you may be eligible for a refund.

 

Technical Issues: If a service malfunctions or does not meet the agreed standards despite efforts to resolve the issue, a refund may be considered.

 

Unforeseen Circumstances: In case of exceptional situations where you are unable to use the service due to reasons outside your control (e.g., a system outage), we may offer a refund at our discretion.

 

3. Non-Refundable Situations

 

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

 

Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind about the service after it has been delivered or partially delivered.

 

Completed Work: Once the service has been completed to your satisfaction or partially implemented, no refund will be issued.

 

Late Payments: Refunds will not be issued if payment was delayed and service delivery was affected due to customer action.

  • Proof of purchase

  • A brief explanation of why you are requesting the refund

 

We will review the request and respond within 10 business days. If eligible, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.

 

5. Refund Timeline

 

Once your refund is approved, please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on the payment method.
